For those out-of-town clients coming to visit Dr. Emmanuel De La Cruz, the closest airport is the Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). The Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is within 23 miles of our office (approximately 30 minutes.)

Out-of-town patients will need to have a friend or relative with them to take them to and from their surgery, stay the night with them the first night after surgery.  Dr. De La Cruz and his staff will visit you at your hotel the day after surgery to ensure that you continue to do well after your procedure. If a patient is traveling alone, we can help arrange for a nurse or caretaker to help with this.

Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) – Ranking as the 7th largest international passenger gateway in the United States and the 6th busiest airport in the world for total aircraft movements, the Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport is the closest international airport to The Woodlands, Texas.  It takes approximately 30 minutes to drive from the IAH airport to Dr. De La Cruz’s clinic in The Woodlands at 2219 Sawdust Road Unit 1203.

William P. Hobby Airport – Located within 7 miles of Downtown Houston, the William P. Hobby Airport is a smaller airport specializing in regional and interconnecting flights.  The Hobby Airport is also a regional center for corporate and private aviation.  Taxis, private cars and limousines are readily available.  Expect at least an hour drive toward Dr. De La Cruz’s office, depending on traffic conditions.

Lone Star Executive Airport – Located within 10 miles of The Woodlands in the heart of Montgomery County, the Lone Star Executive Airport is the closest public airport for private commuter jets. The approximate transit time by car takes only 15-20 minutes, depending on the traffic.
